Kampot white pepper (I.G.P.) is made from ripe red pepper from which the pericardium has been removed.
It develops a powerful bouquet and delicate aromas. Its taste, close to black pepper, intense spiciness hides notes of lemon and fresh herbs.
To be grinded fresh, especially on grilled or steamed fish.
Store away from light and heat. The use of a ceramic mill is recommended.
